I am a Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of experience helping business people be more effective. I believe that business are great because of the talent that comprises them. I believe coaching associates to achieve greatness is a critical part of remaining vibrant and competitive in today’s environment.
With a strong focus on leadership development, team dynamics and collaborative communication techniques, I work with individuals and teams to help them achieve fulfillment, balance, alignment and effectiveness. I coach truth and transparency and challenge traditional mindsets. I believe all associates are creative, resourceful and whole. I am hopeful for the future of business and our next generation of leaders.
